How to Write the UT Austin Essays

UT Austin requires students to first respond to an open-ended prompt on a topic of their choosing in 500-650 words. While UT Austin does not review the Common App Personal Essay in their admissions process, students can submit their essay for this prompt or write about a new topic. The school also requires students to respond to two short answer prompts with an option of responding to a third. Here is everything you need to know to craft standout UT Austin essays!
